1. About WealthMetre

WealthMetre is a loan advisory and facilitation platform that helps users explore loan options from partner banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.

WealthMetre is not a bank, NBFC, or direct lender. All sanction decisions, eligibility, rates, processing fees, documentation requirements, and disbursal timelines are solely determined by the concerned lender.

2. Eligibility to Use

By using WealthMetre, you represent that:

  • You are legally competent to enter into a binding arrangement.
  • The information shared by you is true, correct, and not misleading.
  • You will use the platform only for lawful and genuine financial inquiry purposes.

3. Services Offered

WealthMetre may provide services such as:

  • Loan inquiry assistance and lender matching
  • Eligibility guidance and preliminary case assessment
  • Document coordination and processing support
  • Customer support and application tracking assistance
  • Chatbot-based query handling and guided responses
  • Partner and customer portal access where applicable

These services are provided on a best-effort basis and may be modified, suspended, or updated at any time without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
  • Not to submit false documents, forged records, or misleading declarations.
  • Not to misuse the website, app, chatbot, portals, or any technical feature.
  • Not to attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, data scraping, spamming, or harmful activity.
  • To keep your login credentials, OTPs, and passwords confidential.

5. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

Use of WealthMetre does not guarantee loan approval, sanction amount, lowest interest rate, fastest disbursal, or lender acceptance.

Any information shown on the platform, by chatbot, by call, or by representative is indicative in nature and subject to final lender review, policy checks, legal checks, valuation, bureau findings, and risk assessment.

6. Interest Rates, Fees, and Offers

Any rate of interest, EMI estimate, LTV indication, processing fee, turnaround estimate, promotional offer, or lender suggestion displayed on WealthMetre is only indicative unless specifically confirmed by the concerned lender in writing.

WealthMetre shall not be liable for any change in rates, policy, documentation, or product structure by banks or NBFCs.

7. Chatbot and AI-Generated Assistance

WealthMetre may use AI-powered tools and automated systems for query resolution, preliminary matching, document workflow support, lead qualification, and communication assistance.

  • Chatbot responses are informational and automated in nature.
  • AI-generated content may occasionally be incomplete or require human verification.
  • Users should not rely solely on chatbot output for final financial decision-making.

8. Customer Portal and Partner Portal

If WealthMetre provides account access through customer or partner portals, users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must immediately report any unauthorized access or suspicious usage.
  • We may suspend or disable accounts in cases of misuse, fraud suspicion, policy violation, or security concerns.

9. Document Uploads and Data Submitted

Any documents, forms, records, statements, KYC details, or case-related information uploaded or shared by you must be lawful, genuine, and rightfully shareable by you.

WealthMetre is entitled to rely on the documents and information submitted by you or your authorized representative.

10. Communication Consent

By submitting your phone number, email address, or other contact details, you authorize WealthMetre and its authorized representatives to contact you through call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, notifications, or other communication channels for service, follow-up, support, verification, status update, promotional, or transaction-related purposes, subject to applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services and External Links

WealthMetre may integrate with or redirect to third-party websites, lender portals, communication providers, analytics tools, hosting platforms, payment or OTP systems, and other external services.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of such third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on WealthMetre, including text, branding, logo, design elements, layout, software flows, chatbot structure, graphics, and platform content, is owned by or licensed to WealthMetre unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

13. Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

  • Use the platform for fraud, impersonation, or unlawful financial solicitation.
  • Upload malware, malicious scripts, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to disrupt servers, APIs, portals, or chatbot systems.
  • Use fake identities, fabricated loan requirements, or forged contact details.
  • Harvest user data or interfere with platform security.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WealthMetre shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or connected with:

  • Use or inability to use the platform
  • Lender rejection, delay, or change in sanction terms
  • Incorrect or incomplete information supplied by users or third parties
  • Technical downtime, interruptions, portal failure, or third-party system errors
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence or external breaches beyond reasonable control

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WealthMetre, its founders, team members, partners, consultants, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these terms, or submission of false or unauthorized information.

16. Suspension or Termination

WealthMetre reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any user, partner, account, portal, or service at its sole discretion in case of policy breach, suspected fraud, abuse, legal risk, non-cooperation, or security concerns.

17. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using WealthMetre, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy regarding collection, use, storage, and sharing of information.

18. Disclaimer

WealthMetre is a facilitation and advisory platform only. Final decisions related to loan approval, documentation, legal checks, valuation, pricing, insurance, processing fees, and disbursal are solely at the discretion of the respective bank, NBFC, or financial institution.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

20. Changes to Terms

WealthMetre may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised version shall become effective once published on this page.

Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
